Saltire Games Return Policy

You’re welcome to return any product for any reason at all within 14 days of purchase.
We do ask that the product is in saleable condition and you will need to provide proof of purchase.

With your order number and we’ll get this sorted for you as quickly and painlessly as possible. A full refund will be processed within 3 working days or your purchase arriving back at us in saleable condition, including any reasonable postage costs. If you’re unsure on postage, we can arrange that for you or advise on a suitable option for you.

You can also opt to exchange your items for other items totalling the same value or receive a gift code for store credit in GBP.

Please note that some products are excluded from this returns policy.
These include:
-Digital products
-Custom made items
-Limited edition items bought in-store or at an event

After 14 days, returns can only be processed if:
-the items are still part of the current GW range ie. still for sale on the GW website, as well as being in saleable condition with proof of purchase or
-the items are faulty. We will require proof of any defects and proof of purchase

Saleable Condition means that the packaging must be in very good condition with all components present and still on the spru.
We don’t require the plastic wrap to be intact though so no worries if that’s been removed.
